USC Marshall offers five distinct MBA programs suited for individuals at different levels in their career.

Full-time MBA
This two-year program is designed for professionals who are in their early stages of their careers and it provides core business ideas that help students get the opportunity for specialization.

Executive MBA Program (EMBA)
This 22-month lock-step curriculum is designed to provide middle to senior-level managers, a deep perspective.

MBA for Professionals & Managers (Part-Time)
This three-year part-time program is suited for both new professionals and managers and wish to continue their studies while working. The course combines business curriculum with a broad range of specialised electives.

IBEAR MBA (1-Year, Mid-Career)
This is a one year accelerated, general management MBA Program designed for mid-career professionals.

Online MBA Program
This Online MBA program offers flexibility, integrated curriculum and a full range of technological tools that helps create an engaging online experience while providing advanced skills to students.

USC Marshall offers merit-based scholarships to their incoming students and they are informed about the same, at the point of admission. Candidates should note that the assessment criteria for the scholarships and admissions are the same, however, scholarships are accessed at a more competitive level. Also, none of the candidates will have to fill out separate applications for their scholarships.

USC Marshall has two compulsory essays and one optional essay for their candidates.

Essay 1: What is your specific, immediate short-term career goal upon completion of your MBA? Please include an intended position, function, and industry in
your response.
Word limit: 100 words

Essay 2: Please draft a letter that begins with “Dear Admissions Committee”
Word limit: 600 words
This letter is meant to be your personal statement that provides the
Admissions Committee with an understanding of your candidacy for Marshall beyond what is evident in other parts of your application. This essay is purposely open-ended. You are free to express yourself in whatever way you see fit. Our goal is to have an appreciation for and an understanding of each candidate in ways that are not captured by test scores,
grades, and resumes.

Optional Essay: Please provide any additional information you would like the admissions committee to consider.
Word limit: 250 words
