Lets go back to the formula of perimeter and area for a square P = 4 x a, A= a x a.
From here we can see a = P/4
Putting it in area’s formula we get A = P x P/16
=> P ^2 = 16 x A
=> P = 4√A
This we can only get from II, hence B is the answer. A is inconclusive.
