My doubts is for option E. I know that this option is incorrect but i got confused with the explanation that why this options is wrong.Below is the screenshot of Option E explanation.
Comma(,) V-ING always modifies whole preceding clause and also must be agree with subject of that clause but in the explanation it is given that is modifies the “central and western central and western Europe ” which not the subject of main clause. Please explain.
