No. the verbs are “helps reduce”, (helps) relieve, (helps) prevent

the verb “helps” is common to all.

Its like this —   I went to the movies and to the restaruant. (the verb “went” is common to both “to the movies” and “to the restaurant”. the sentence actually is — I went to the movies and went to the restaurant. I do not have to repeat “went” twice)
